This summer our Youth Group is heading to San Diego for a mission trip to serve the City Basketball Camp alongside Kaleo Church from June 20th through June 25th.

We'll be taking 10 high school students with us to help serve their local community and share the Gospel with students and their families who participate in the basketball camp.

The mission trip is open to current high school students (including Seniors) and eighth graders going into high school next school year.

After you complete this form our Youth Group leader, Pastor Jake, will follow-up with you to answer questions and give you the next steps.
